Finally got back in the gym 3-4 weeks ago after a 1.5 year absence 
Lower body still respectable levels though
Just sucks I look stronger in my upper body than I actually am
I know they look at me crazy in the gym lifting that baby weight
But real shyt I've felt so much better mentally since I've returned
just a good way to let out stress by letting the endorphins flow. Now I just wanna incorporate meditation
