Made some protein waffles today using my extravagantwalmartwaffle maker
4 eggs (16g protein)
1 scoop protein powder (20g protein)
cinnamon
almond milk
vanilla extract

That low rep game is in a different dimension breh. 25 extra lbs on bench feels like 250 sometimes.It's weird how the weight you can lift for 10 reps can go up, but your 5-rep set numbers can go down. I just did my 5/3/1 deadlift day after a year on GVT. 455lbs felt heavy as hell. Those 5 reps were no joke. Can only get better from here though![]()

Worked up to a 395x5 set but that last rep I had to break, reset then complete itI've been neglecting conventional after my back issues. If I keep it at 5x5 and a little slower movement I should be able to do them won't per week. 320 pulls felt good.
