Breh the fact that u are getting headaches = u doin too much breh. This is why I dont fukk with caffeine at all if I can. Unless u really manage it the shyt can spiral out of control. And those come down resets :merchant: :mjcry: :whoa: U need to go cold turkey bro. Switch to 1000mg of aspirin a day for those withdrawal headaches. And get some sleep

Man I think you are better off then me. I prob get close to that on days I go to school according to DD's nutrition stats and I am taking forced time off from weight training.

Do you do that 500mg on leg days as well?

Not trying to gang up on you at all obviously this is just amazing to me. If I took more than 200mg at a time you'd think I was a lost member of bone thugs and harmony with how fast I'd be talking
