A week into ostarine, haven't noticed anything so far other than a decrease in doms despite my lifts increasing.

I worked on back and shoulder on Sunday. Narrow-grip pull-ups and standing military press.

I was going so strong and re-gaining...carbing up. Friday night, crazy workout..Saturday.......sore throat, yesterday, sore throat. today, stuffy.

Back tomorrow.

The most annoying is having gains cut short due to a cold. Damned if you work out cuz it will extend, and damned if you don't...feels like the pump/gains vanish.

Deep down I know it's just the lack of food/water though

My deadlift max dropped to 475 :mjcry:...with :trash:form too. Wish I had a bit more time but meet prep started today.

Front squats with 220 for 4 sets of 6 moved relatively well today at least :manny:.

Ive been stuck at 285 on the squat for like 3 weeks now...
...I want those 3 plates bad :damn:

i didn't win my company's biggest loser contest..ended up in 3rd place...didnt get the 2G's in cash but i got about 250 dollars in gift cards to trader joes..i dont even shop there like that..just for meats..oh well :manny:..free groceries are free groceries lol

old head in the gym the other day talmbout i can see you've been putting in work..that i looked big before..now i look big and strong....i guess that's one sign my aesthetics are coming back into play lol..the gym saga continues :boss:

How many reps/sets are you doing....

The way I progress on weight.... I add reps to the LAST set first, then work my way backwards. So on heavy bench I start with 3x5, then I do 5, 5, 6, then 5, 6 , 6, and then 3x6, then I move up to the next weight

It's easy to blow your load on the first sets and then never make gains on the last one.... but if u start with the last one then u can really do the weight

Just what I do :yeshrug:

my jump rope just split on me today, thought it would last longer but I read I shouldnt actually be using it on the pavement lol

gonna cop a crossrope and a gym mat next.

I took pre workout for the first time today. Gained 5 more clean reps on 315 squats than normal:scust: I'm doing a 10 x 10 with 225, the 5th set felt like a warmup so I just looked at the weight like :scusthov:threw on another plate got 13:damn:
