Even still.... 10 sets of bench, squat, rows, military press, deadlifts 2X a week.... Or do you just hit everything once
day 1: weighted pullups 10x10, DB Bench 5x5
day 2: rest/active recovery
day 3: trap bar dead or zercher squat 10x10, few sets of bodyweight hamstring curls
day 4: rest/active recovery
day 5: weighted ring dips 10x10, db rows 5x5 each arm
day 6: rest/active recovery
day 7: romanian deadlift 10x10, bulgarian split squat

rinse repeat

you take it as a pre workout? or after? also is it a fruity drink?
after, but i'm going to start drinking it more often. I get the blue razz and it taste pretty good. Sort of like Tropical Fantasy used to without the carbonation.

I think imma grab a tin and seen the benefits

ive been without protein powder for a while now maybe this summer ill go back. Nice to have some sweet drinks besides gallons of water all the fukkin time
