Left shoulder strain from a series of intense workouts. Now I'm a combo of & for at least a week or two. Gotta make lemondae from these lemons and up my cardio.

Farmer's Walk is up there with squatting and deadlifting as far as physically draining exercises. Was doing 25m intervals of them. Went really heavy and I was panting hard as fukk...my hands and lungs were killing me like I had run a marathon. I rarely grunt while working out, but I was making Lex Steele grunts moving that weight.

I keep getting stomach cramps from ab workouts man only 25 reps in and the pain becomes unbearable

Allergies hit me as soon as I got home last night. Still completed my leg day. Planned 10x10 on hex bar deads with 345lbs. Got through 8 of the sets and lowered the weight to 255 for a long burnout set so i still met my volume goal for that workout bed felt good to say the least.
