The homie @ice cold perm put me on Jet Alert (caffeine pills) to use every once in a while before workouts. Popped one on Sunday before I did some bodyweight work and hooped. BREHS! I played for like 3 hrs, wasn't tired at all, was out there like a madman.

Don't know if it was just being warm from the workout before I played or the pills. But, got damn I felt like I was in high school or college. Try to bang with two hands on this young kid for the game winner....got my shyt rejected :mjcry:

But, I stuck with it and scored the game winning layup

Clothes are fitting looser, need a belt for pants I just bought, looking a lot stronger but for some reason the number on the scale won't change. Hate the scale :pacspit:

Spring forward strikes again :snooze: Amazing what difference an hour makes... yesterday I was flying high, today I feel like shyt :damn:

shyt thats me right now...ive been doing my thing this week but my body feels more worn out and sore than usual..i forget how long it takes my body to adjust..hopefully its only this week

Sick gym, puts mine to shame

Even has a machine for your Scapula, damn. I just use my yoga band or light weights lol

Usually/hopefully only takes me about a week.... I wake up early for work so usually getting to sleep in the weekend after helps me get right
