Usually/hopefully only takes me about a week.... I wake up early for work so usually getting to sleep in the weekend after helps me get rightshyt thats me right now...ive been doing my thing this week but my body feels more worn out and sore than usual..i forget how long it takes my body to adjust..hopefully its only this week
