Rest it.
You can wear a tennis elbow strap to help alleviate the pain while using your arm, but that doesn't get rid of it. It sucks, but if you really want it to go away, take time off using that arm. Don't do exercises that require gripping with your hands. Work on legs and cardio. There are some machines that let you work pecs and traps without having to grip.

Well, I'll start with the root cause of tennis elbow. There's an inflammation at the tendon that attaches your forearm muscle to the arm bone. Any activity that requires you to activate that muscle will cause pain. So, punching requires you to make a fist, thus activating your forearm muscles. You should take time off of boxing, unless you just want to punch with the other arm only.
You can ice it regularly and take over-the-counter anti-inflammation pills if you want in addition to the rest.
Tennis elbow is an over-use injury so that's why full rest is recommended.

was doing my usual chest/tri/shoulder stuff today, this huge guy shows up (like 6'6" ~210 lbs low bf%). He's there pretty often but he's clearly geared up seeing as he lifts like a retard. Breh spent literally 1 hr 30 min doing nothing but 99999 sets of concentration curls, tricep ropes, crunches, and tricep kickbacks and nothing else :mindblown:


I have never seen him train legs once, or do any compound lifts ever. Literally that same workout, every time.

Man I need some breathing control exercises whoadie. A nikka can't do curls, chest or any lifting without hyperventilating. It's not like I don't have the strength to do those workouts, the weight is heavy, but easy to lift. But I just hyperventalate. Anxiety disorder is messing up all that I can achieve. I've been on this sloooooow bulk tho. Slow. It has to be slow.

Bought a box at Wal Mart today. Cheaper than Quest bars, under 2 bucks apiece. Bought the Cookies and Cream....flavor was very similar to the Quest version but the texture was actually better on these

I just picked up 2 boxes. Cookies and cream and the brownie flavor. Not bad, they're not delicious but they aren't horrible either. Only had Quest once so I can't compare.
