I think its the sodium that does it.
I was eating out a lot of takeout last week (calories still in check), and I was looking.
After a couple of days of eating dinner at home I was back to normal.
shyts crazy...I heard other people say that salt will bloat you, but I didnt know it was like that.
It's not sodium because I cook my own meals.
I've tried probiotics, digestive enzymes, and HCl/pepsin with no success.
I've been going gluten free for the past 10 days and while I still have some bloat it's not uncomfortable or preventing me from eating and drinking water. In about two more weeks I should know if gluten is the culprit.
