romanian deads today (always double-overhand and raw). First working set had me like :damn: but it got easier as they went on. 10x10 with 295lbs

So I ordered the highest rated creatine on the Labdoor site @semtex mentioned in a thread prior....Bulk Supplements brand...seems like they are highly rated in part because they are giving away free products. They offered me a free product in return that I rate them on Amazon. Going to try their BCAA.

Really need to get my protein up :francis: Been consuming less than 120g of Protein/day so far this week :francis::francis: I used to be going like 150-200... damn these MRP's

Haven't been able to gain weight for 7 months and have been fluctuating between 165-170. Had all kinds of stomach issues (bloating/heartburn) that made it impossible to eat consistently. Jumped on the scale today and saw 173.:blessed:

I wanted to do my first cut and be ready for summer but I don't have enough mass. I might try to go for 180-190 but my stomach looks :flabbynsick: when bloated. I'm used to being skinny so I hate having a bulking gut. I'm about to cop some baggy t shirts.

Y'all got any bloating remedies?

Trying to drop from 205 to 180 by early may

Already dropped 5 pounds in the past week and a half

Going to start eating a lot more veggies and putting them in my smoothies, and hit the bike more and treadmill

this is going to be hell.

maintaining this bulk through spring and summer is going to take some real mental strength :lupe:

Anyone else doing it?
I dont ever want to be fat again but def not over the summer

Im cutting from April through August. I got like halfway there last summer, gained a lot back but am still a lot leaner so I'm hoping this cut will get me like 3/4 there

Was a semi victory for me on Thursday morning. There was 0 cracking of any kind when I was doing my 3 x 10 set of BW walking lunges. So the good news is I should be able to train my legs in the summer whether I can squat or not.

Fuk injuries man they suk, hopefully I can do squats tho.
