What's what I useSo I ordered the highest rated creatine on the Labdoor site @semtex mentioned in a thread prior....Bulk Supplements brand...seems like they are highly rated in part because they are giving away free products. They offered me a free product in return that I rate them on Amazon. Going to try their BCAA.
I might. I will have to let you know in like a week.Haven't been able to gain weight for 7 months and have been fluctuating between 165-170. Had all kinds of stomach issues (bloating/heartburn) that made it impossible to eat consistently. Jumped on the scale today and saw 173.
I wanted to do my first cut and be ready for summer but I don't have enough mass. I might try to go for 180-190 but my stomach looks when bloated. I'm used to being skinny so I hate having a bulking gut. I'm about to cop some baggy t shirts.
Y'all got any bloating remedies?
