I'm doing this jump rope challenge.
About 40 minutes skipping everyday. 2 minute followed by 30 seconds rest and repeat 15 times.
I'm gonna do it for 4 months and then I'm gonna double it up by doing an am session them evening session.
Just finished week 1!
