Breh this shyt brutal a workout has never humbled me like this .
My upper body is actually cool but my legs my dude .
I couldn't even go today because I need one more day before I hit legs again .
I was scared to go because I thought I would hurt myself![]()

Try to go even on the days you are
and just move some light weightI skipped a workout the first week and trying to fit it in again during the week was mad awkward

That way you can still get some movements in
at my lifts. Lost 4 pounds of what seems like muscle
. Rather take it a bit slower and did some rep work instead. My speed off the floor has really deteriorated. Back to deficits.
