This is now the third week. My muscles are not so much screaming now but they still shouting :russ: this week has set me back a little i think I had to go light today im still crazy ill and its gettin worse :sadcam:

Breh this shyt brutal a workout has never humbled me like this .
My upper body is actually cool but my legs my dude .

I couldn't even go today because I need one more day before I hit legs again .

I was scared to go because I thought I would hurt myself :mjcry:

Try to go even on the days you are :dead: and just move some light weight

I skipped a workout the first week and trying to fit it in again during the week was mad awkward :scusthov:

That way you can still get some movements in

Son I couldn't my legs are on e I couldn't fukking walk for 3 days breh nahh I had to push that shyt a day back .

Gotta listen to your body I rather miss a day than fukk myself up further .

Missed the gym for 10 days and cycled off creatine as well.

Went back at it yesterday and :scust: at my lifts. Lost 4 pounds of what seems like muscle

After barely pulling 315 3 weeks ago I got up to 435 today :blessed:

Friends were peer pressuring me hard to do 455 but I went nah:huhldup:. Rather take it a bit slower and did some rep work instead. My speed off the floor has really deteriorated. Back to deficits.

Uh, never do a heavy lift based on peer pressure. You could get injured going beyond your limits.
435 is really good though.

Big E is a really nice guy. Strong. As. Fukk, dude was repping out on the bench, barely sweating

Xavier is a legit nerd, Kofi is quiet

Xavier and Kofi are much bigger than they look on tv. Especially Kofi

Didn't feel quite right to ask since you could tell they were trying to be inconspicuous at this gym. Wanted to tho


They were all cool about taking a moment to chat which was more than enough for me. It's kinda funny I watched Kofi kinda size me up on some "yeah I could hit trouble in paradise on him" when he first came in the weight area :laugh:
