Hey do you guys know what I should get for my right knee while I'm driving. It kind of feels like I'm delaying my recovery process every time I drive. You guys got any ideas what I could get that would just protect it a little better as I am driving :/

Going to the gym during major sporting events = WOAT.
I don't see what the big deal is.
Sporting events aren't more important than working out. There are so many regular season games in NBA, NHL, MLB, and NHL and big NCAA sporting events in men's basketball and football. I'm not into working out in the morning.

All week the gym has been full of these Rugby players or some shyt. These dudes are the absolute WORST. They have no concept of proper gym etiquette or form, so they're leaving ask their shyt on equipment they're not even using, all while hogging the benches and squat racks to do their half-reps. :camby:

Coworkers always offering me donuts, cookies, pizza and all kinda shyt even after I've said no, I'm on a diet...We in Cali and it's already getting hot...stop trying to fukk up my progress.. :camby:

Someone at work just gave me half a pizza :mjcry: Don't know what to do with it. I can't throw perfectly good food away maybe I should just throw it away to help me disconnect from food.

I left it in the breakroom with it kind of open so hopefully some employee takes it or most of it. If not I'm throwing it away.

How long u been on PHAT ?

This is now the third week. My muscles are not so much screaming now but they still shouting :russ: this week has set me back a little i think I had to go light today im still crazy ill and its gettin worse :sadcam:
