Morning weight down 3lbs (227lbs). Still doing gvt with heavy low rep "accessory" lifts (really just compounds that didn't make first string as my main movement) going strong :myman:
I'm in breh i was suffering this morning :mjcry:

Today was my rest day so tomorrow Imma be hurting after I work out but can't eat .

Going to 1800 calories a week to cut down before toning up. Punishing myself for eating so much junk food over the weekend :francis:

How many Calories is one typically supposed to consumer per day? 1800 a week seems pretty low. How big are you?

I'm 205 lbs 5'10.

It's actually easy for me. 2000 was my daily goal but I brought it down to punish myself and to test my mental fortitude

yesterday i only consumed 1,362 and din't feel hungry the entire day. :upsetfavre:

I've just in recent weeks, started to consume about 1000 calories a day. I was undereating for a lil bit while trying to lift. It's tough. But I wanted to lose weight and belly fat. I lost weight, but I'm trying to....tone.

You are a woman though, correct? A man on 1000 kcal per day... :damn:

And u do know "toning" is BS, right? Lifting heavy will result in desirable changes. But I think cutting before lifting, especially for women, is a good idea, if for no other reason the psychological aspects.

What's your daily diet like?
I don't have breakfast. I'd usually sip a protein shake for lunch pre-workout, or sometimes post-workout. Sometimes I'll have ground turkey beef in a taco shell for dinner. Sometimes I'll have baked fish with a salad on the side for dinner. But the only consistent is the protein shake for lunch.

Damn son. I hear skipping breakfast screws you over. Try a meal replacement shake for breakfast, my shakes are no more than 300 calories and they fill me until lunch

Man, it's a mental thing. I'm starting to eat more again, but it's all mental. How many calories do you consume per day?
Mental? Do u have an eating disorder? I am eating about 3000-3200/day now but once I start cutting in April I'm gonna chop that down to like 2200. Thats after cardio so that could be as much as 3500-3800
