Haven't been in this thread in a while


I got a new position at my job I work nights now and the only option that's reasonable for a gym is planet fitness cause it's 24/7 n walking distance from my spot


Man I was warming up today listen to this


And I look in the mirror I see two bad black broads leaving in the mirror like just walking out its like 1 in the morning shyt caught me off guard

Clean and press (from hang) is a serious ass workout with just 135lbs

been trying tell cats this for years. I'm scared to heavier though

my equinox membership coming due at the end of the month. they trying to rape me no lube to re-sign for another year. i went to the brand new lifetime near my house and that sh!t is just . may have to make that switch. lifetime isn't cheap either, but it's cheaper than equinox and they have so much more to offer.

It has been fine thank god. Shoulder too. I've just been taking the weight progressions much slower and not pushing any unnecessary 1rm or anything like that.

There is an Equinox about equi distant from my crib (greenvale) but it's very mediocre. The talent there is a hit or miss. Milf time is banging but after morning classes end the place is a ghost town.

The talent at lifetime last night was though. And even better the 3rd floor has an entire row of brand new Olympic platforms and brand new plates that nobody touches

I'm taking two weeks off at the end of March (stacking two ann. days with the Easter Holiday) and coming to NY...if it's up by then

Otherwise I'll go back to Q's 92nd location since its 2 stops away from the apartment I'll be staying in.

When you are about to put in work, that's how. Sometimes bringing your phone can just be a distraction. Some of my best workouts have been without it. While some of my best workouts have been with it. It all depends.
