Back to taking creatine and man I don't know how people can take this everyday/rest days. I like to go out on my rest days and not have to worry about peeing every 20 minutes. Watching a movie in the theatre must be the worst.

People go overboard with the servings thinking more is better. I just take 2.5 grams (half a teaspoon). I know brehs taking a fukkin SCOOP

Finally back in the gym after taking a few forced weeks off. :blessed:

But having to use lying leg curls and leg extensions for legs fricking suks, I miss squats :mjcry: Thank god I can still do deadlifts tho.

I mean I could do weighted step ups, but going to failure seems stupid with that since I want to get back squatting asap.

Yea I guess was squatting I tweaked something in my knee. And now if I try to squat I hear and feel some of crack from my knee to ankle region. I mean its doesn't hurt honestly, but it feels wrong. I've been lifting and squatting for approximately 2 years, and that aint supposed to happen plus my knees have been feeling tender after I tried squatting through it.

Doctor said to get back to lifting, but avoid squats and lunges. Also I need to strengthen my quads and hams without putting much pressure on my knees.

buy some knee compression sleeves then over that put on a knee brace. You wont have that problem anymore

I mean I would consider that if my life depended on my strength training and squatting per say. But since it doesn't I'm just gonna play it cautiously since I'm confident I will be able to overcome it.
