Had a good workout today, still need to figure out what to eat at night time because I am hungry. I eat rice and chicken for lunch, I think I will just eat scramble egg for night with protein shake

I try to avoid working out at night because the need to eat throws off my sleep. If I do workout late at night, I eat some Oatmeal mixed with peanut butter, a teaspoon of cinnamon, and a scoop of protein powder.

Brehs I just got back into the gym after being in the hospital for about 4 weeks. I lost a lot of weight and muscle :mjcry:

I've been doing SL5x5 for the past 2 weeks but I noticed that this program calls for ATG squats (past parallel) and I can only get to parallel. I cant break parallel for at all. Now I'm scared to add weight. I dont think I ever broke parallel when I was at full strength (dont think I ever tried). So do I just keep squatting parallel and adding weight or just practice breaking parallel with no weight? Help me brehs :sadcam:

It's been 21 years and I still have Osgood Schlatter's disease :mjcry:

I haven't been able to train for the last 5 days and I've been limping all week :francis:

I'm bout to say fukk it and let my flat top grow wild. I don't think the pain is worth it anymore :to:

I was hoping to have my first MMA fight this year too

If you don't plan on competing in the IPF or it's affiliates, going to parallel is just fine. Nothing worth sweating.

It wouldn't hurt for your own sake though to work on your mobility so that you can go ATG.
