man my knee been bothering me. Can't bend it normally without it stopping before a full bend

thought some leg presses and extensions would knock it out but nah

tried stairmaster it loosens then it get's tight again

tried stretching nope. sheesh

Becareful, your knee is one of the few parts on your body you gotta be extra cautious with.

Been meaning to post an update in the Starting Point thread but my phones been fukking up and I need a new one/camera so thats been my excuse :lolbron:

Im making good progress though, getting back into my 2013 shape. Its gonna be a hot summer brehs keep grinding :blessed:

What's the best way to calculate your body fat %? All those online ones put me at 5-7%, which is absolute horseshyt because I don't have visible abs, and I have a lot of chest/belly fat.

Unless your going to a proper place to measure it in a pod or something, online calculators, BF scales and calipers with formulas usually are inocrrect.

They say if you can see your abs your about 10% BF, but everyone is diff

Well according to the doctor something is up with my meniscus, obviously nothing too serious. Since really the cracking noise from squatting is my only problem. But he said no knee dominant exercises so no Squats and lunges for 2-4 weeks. :mjcry:

O well gotta do what I gotta do at this point. Using leg curls and extensions for hamstrings and quads aint ideal but o well.
I think regular deads would be ok to do consider I aint going that low compared to squatting. But can't really know truly till I try it next week:patrice:
But first I need to get over being sick, it is just simply annoying :francis:

I noticed that shyt makes my body heal faster after running sprints and lifting.

Be REAL careful with these on a bad meniscus. Shyt can go to torn ACL real easy in that state.
