It's been 21 years and I still have Osgood Schlatter's disease :mjcry:

I haven't been able to train for the last 5 days and I've been limping all week :francis:

I'm bout to say fukk it and let my flat top grow wild. I don't think the pain is worth it anymore :to:

I was hoping to have my first MMA fight this year too
Don't give up breh. Just find the right doctor or treatment for it.

There is no treatment unfortunately. I've been to numerous doctors and knee specialists over my life and they all said the same thing, there's nothing they can do for me. Sometimes I look at nikkas in the gym doing dead lifts and I get salty. I tried doing Leg Presses once and my knees gave out on the Leg Press machine :mjcry:

I'm still feeling the crack feeling and sound somewhere between my right knee and ankle when I try going up on the squat or if I try to set up to deadlift, and it is something you can hear. But it doesn't hurt which is so weird. :patrice:

Going be real cautious with this gonna see my regular doctor to see where I should go to get examined and evaluated. (Also it is a convenience since I have got a sore throat the past few days )

I mean I still can lift but I am afraid what could happen if I am lifting heavy on a Squat on the way up :sadcam:

Still gonna work on stretching my hips and strengthen my core to fix my APT. Plus I am confident in my diet without having to hit the gym untill I get checked out.

romanian deadlifts be having my heart on some AK47 shyt. 10x10 with 275lbs. I'm using these to help me switch to overhand grip on conventionals

I might have to switch to dumbell squats for gong heavy.. And supplement it with light front squats..

Lower back always fukks up when I do back squats.


Btw I never see anybody do dumbbell squats at the gym? Is a bytch workout or is not as good as back squats as far as gainz is concerned.?

I did legs again yesterday. I was able to do squats without taping up my knees. That physical therapy worked. There's still something wrong with my left knee though.
I only went up to 155 lbs. for 10 reps.

Just did some on Monday :blessed:


You have to have strong wrists/grip if you go heavy or the bar will feel like its going to slip.

No shoulder/joint pain and it works out your upper chest more than incline :wow:


Had brehs in the gym looking at me like:ohhh:

I'm trying to get on your level breh:mjcry:

I was regularly heavy drinking on nights out on mondays, tuesdays, thursdays, fridays and saturdays for 4+ years. I worked in the events/party scene.

It made me a lot of money for a young guy and it was good for networking but it was a slow kill on my body really. Makes me kinda sick when I think about it lol.

I miss the easy bytches, status etc. but I definitely don't miss drinking.
You still getting laid on the regular :rudy:

Social life has defo taken a big hit but I've spent (wasted) the past couple years of my life chasing women, I can live with the sacrifice
