Once I saw this I knew I needed to work on my flexibility...im not a big dude and cant do a lot of this shyt.
i take ZMA too at that dose..i dont get those type of side effects ever..restful sleep and i feel good when i wake upNah it's legit. To be honest I've been having some problems sleeping so I wasn't expecting the Zma to solve everything. I also think the dose was too high.

I don't have sleep issues. I work 16-18hrs a day. I don't take creatine because I don't go to the doctor regularly to have my kidneys and all that checked outI hope you take creatine post workout if you have sleep issues
Well, I stepped out of my comfort zone a bit and did some work on the Smith Machine. I had mixed results: I kind of bytched out on squats because my legs were dead tired from all of the two-a-day sessions with one hour cardio (yes, every time)I've been doing all weekend and my squat form is terrible. 135lbs was too much for me. I did (barely)make it through my deadlift sets.... I challenged myself. I did 4 sets of 10 @225lbs. I gave the incline bench press another go-around after hating it for so long because a friend tried to kill me by adding heavy weight. My max isn't impressive.... I think 135lbs without an hour of cardio and just 115 with it. I have a lot of work to do to improve my upper body strength.
I've had the best leg workout I think I've ever had just by not being a bytch by using "the female machines." The hip abduction and glute machines will become apart of my regimen. Although my legs are the strongest part of my body, they can be better.
About to do some laundry and head to the gym....
