yea flexibility is something I want to work on...I really need to stop putting off joining a BJJ gym

Once I saw this I knew I needed to work on my flexibility...im not a big dude and cant do a lot of this shyt.

I hope you take creatine post workout if you have sleep issues
I don't have sleep issues. I work 16-18hrs a day. I don't take creatine because I don't go to the doctor regularly to have my kidneys and all that checked out

Set another PB in Squats today, mnaged to get around 6 reps in.

Kinda managed to do the same in my deadlifts, only 1 rep but i kinda got that dizzyness feeling some of yall have said youve had with deads. It was only really a 3/4 of a rep but im still counting that shyt :mjpls::lolbron:

Took a few days off went hard deadlifting and my lower back was sore as fukk, came back today and pr'ed my bench and ohp, felt great and full of energy

Well, I stepped out of my comfort zone a bit and did some work on the Smith Machine. I had mixed results: I kind of bytched out on squats because my legs were dead tired from all of the two-a-day sessions with one hour cardio (yes, every time)I've been doing all weekend and my squat form is terrible. 135lbs was too much for me. I did (barely)make it through my deadlift sets.... I challenged myself. I did 4 sets of 10 @225lbs. I gave the incline bench press another go-around after hating it for so long because a friend tried to kill me by adding heavy weight. My max isn't impressive.... I think 135lbs without an hour of cardio and just 115 with it. I have a lot of work to do to improve my upper body strength.

I've had the best leg workout I think I've ever had just by not being a bytch by using "the female machines." The hip abduction and glute machines will become apart of my regimen. Although my legs are the strongest part of my body, they can be better.

About to do some laundry and head to the gym....

Back to 190Lbs :blessed: dipped down to 180-183 in December after taking a whole month because of a shoulder problem but I am edging back to where I want to be. Diet is locked down to and switched to training first thing in the morning 6am....Feel great for it.

Shoulder isn't 100% still but I can still do most movements.

Breh I feel you. My arms seem to grow at a stupid pace!

I threw a top on i had for Christmas and the shyt looked like I painted it on!!

But my calves......Stubborn bytches. I am hitting them basically 3-4 times a week now.
