Why so much cardio?:ld:

Because I'm a chunky butt.... and because I have problems with neuropathy. The best way to eliminate neuropathic pain is cardiovascular exercise. Most of my pain occurs in my feet, but I have had pain in other places.... my right elbow to be exact. I severely bruised it a while ago and it hasn't been the same. Thought it was fractured, but x-rays were negative. Arm workouts have been harder to the point I've kinda been avoiding them.

I need some advice brehs

One of my homies moved nearby, saw my progress, wants me to give him diet advice

He is a doctor, benches in the high 2s and is in OK shape... I say 30lbs and he will be :merchant: His arms are bigger than mine for sure. Just needs to cut a little.

Just trying to think of the simplest way to help him get lean and learn how to diet. I am guessing the first step is counting calories for like a month to learn his maintenance, then dropping 500+ with cardio and diet for a couple of months?

Anyone know any good resources?
