With my gym being very limited, I'm trying to make a habit with stretching my hips every night. It's gonna help my back feel better especially for work and will slightly help my APT tilt till I can focus on it after the semester is over.

get to the point where you can do a full split and you'll never get injured again

Made a little progress today. Last few times I couldn't lift a barbell to save my life. Today i was able to do

bench press- 3 sets, 5 reps

Incline bench press- 3 sets, 5 reps

and then a little bit of everything else. Had to deal with some people staring but whatever lol

yea flexibility is something I want to work on...I really need to stop putting off joining a BJJ gym

Once I saw this I knew I needed to work on my flexibility...im not a big dude and cant do a lot of this shyt.
