with the help of Gatorade I'm able to push thru my workout but I feel sluggish and I yawn like crazya lot of it is mind over matter.
There are times where I cant get that much sleep...so you just gotta tell yourself to get up and get it.
I took that Piana 5150 for the first time yesterday and I felt it more than 1MR.
Green smoothies give me a boost of energy too.
sometimes you have to not sleep to get what you want.
