Today is chest day. I tried to do some chest tri-sets with some dumbells, but to no avail. I felt light-headed, headache, heavier breathing than usual, back pain, so I just quit. I couldn't even move on to biceps. I've felt weak since Tuesday, and couldn't finish my workouts all week. I'm hating everything right now....

I had a big breakfast, with 2 eggs, chicken breast on the side, with veggies and bread and butter. Then I had a protein shake. Still feel weak. I don't know what's going on....

I think it might be lack of sleep. My sleep cycles been all messed up.

a lot of it is mind over matter.
There are times where I cant get that much sleep...so you just gotta tell yourself to get up and get it.
I took that Piana 5150 for the first time yesterday and I felt it more than 1MR.
Green smoothies give me a boost of energy too.

sometimes you have to not sleep to get what you want.
with the help of Gatorade I'm able to push thru my workout but I feel sluggish and I yawn like crazy

Sleep, calories, recovery..... ground zero for gains guys, nothing is happening without all 3
my primary goal is to be a millionaire in 10 years. You can still make gains without sleep if you eat a lot and take naps. My question is an antidote to spark me up before workouts

A tornado ripped through the Army base I'm stationed on today in GA :merchant: After I made sure all my Soldiers were good, I went to the gym after things were settled but it was on the part of the base with no power what so ever :mjcry:

I worked on legs yesterday. First time doing barbell squats for a long time without taping my knees up.
I started out with 65 lbs. and got up to 135 lbs. I didn't want to push it, but I did five set at 10 reps.
