I went to the gym yesterday. Ran 1.0 mile and worked on chest.
My calf started cramping up on me so rather than push it and injure myself, I stopped at 1 mile. I was hoping to get in two miles.


There were two white women who decided to display their Kryptonite... black man's Kryptonite. :whew:

Brehs, I think I might've lightly sprained/pulled something below my right calve muscle, but I still want to do some cardio today before lifting.

Would you guys recommend stairmaster or elliptical?
Why not a bike? I think you have a lesser chance of a reagravating your calf on the bike then on anything else

A tornado ripped through the Army base I'm stationed on today in GA :merchant: After I made sure all my Soldiers were good, I went to the gym after things were settled but it was on the part of the base with no power what so ever :mjcry:

Brehs I've only been getting 4 hrs of sleep this whole week and my workouts have become so shytty. Can anybody recommend me some good preworkout that wont fuk my health up in the long run

Brehs I've only been getting 4 hrs of sleep this whole week and my workouts have become so shytty. Can anybody recommend me some good preworkout that wont fuk my health up in the long run

I been walkin to the work of late then just change into my workshoes.

Just some random Nikes, they OK for the gym but not for an hour of walking :mjcry:

I'm lookin at theae flyknits :patrice: dunno if they can handle the walk and the gym? :patrice:

So I tried Zma for the first time last night and this is what happened: I took three capsules as was recommended on the bottle.

Woke up about three times during the night sweating like shyt. My bed was soaked and my sleep was terrible. I only managed about 5hrs sleep but unlike previously where I felt tired if I had a terrible sleep, I actually felt refreshed.

Hit the gym an hour later and my workout was :banderas:. Smashed everything and I really felt like I could go another hour. Had to jump on the treadmill and do half an hour cos I really didn't want to go home.

Think I'll reduce the dose to either 1 or 2 because despite the gym, that sleep was one of the weirdest worst ones I've had and don't really wanna go through it again.

a lot of it is mind over matter.
There are times where I cant get that much sleep...so you just gotta tell yourself to get up and get it.
I took that Piana 5150 for the first time yesterday and I felt it more than 1MR.
Green smoothies give me a boost of energy too.

A good night's sleep :francis:
sometimes you have to not sleep to get what you want.

Nah it's legit. To be honest I've been having some problems sleeping so I wasn't expecting the Zma to solve everything. I also think the dose was too high.
