Got with this new chick last night...girl was all over my gains :shaq:
I first started to notice it in the bar when she was looking at my chest through my shirt.
Got back to her crib and she was squeezing the hell out of my arms and back.

Its gonna be a hot summer :wow:

Same man same. This new chick is always feeling up my arms and chest when we're relaxing. :wow:

Lose 30 pounds and get more toned, have been going to gym consistently for at least over 1 in a half month now. Just need some extra exercises I can do at home in regards to those areas, I bought some dumbbells for home too.

You cant spot lose fat, you will lose it all over your body and varying speeds and degrees, some ppl lose fat in there face a lot or some on their stomach, everyone different. Lower belly is prob the most stubborn though.

Main thing is that your diet is on point, make sure you burning more calories than you consume. Various calories online - Calorie Calculator have a look at a few so you can get an average of the cals you need to lose weight.

Doing 1000 situps wont do much if you have fat covering it up, granted you will make your abs stronger, but they wont be on show so no point.

What do you recommend for snacks?? I eat white rice and chicken for afternoon but night time..:mjcry:I struggle the most, I try to replace meal with a shake but it doesn't work out

Anything as long as it fits in your macros, thats what I follow and find it easy to stick to as I am not restricting to me - within reason.

What are some good workouts I can do at home for my ass and belly
Go outside and run.
You can't do a workout that will make you lose fat in the butt and abdomen. Your body will remove fat first where it last deposited it. When you gain 10 pounds, it gets spread through your whole body. You may get more fat in the abdomen and butt, but you will still have x ounces added to the ankles, legs, arms, chest, neck, fingers, etc. so that it all adds up to 10 lbs.

74% of weight loss is related to your diet. 26% to your workout regimen.
