Damn I must have lost some serious muscle since my breakup. I went from 175 to 160lbs in almost 3 weeks.

I've been back in the gym for two weeks now and my gains are still minimal. Normally after a week and a half, prior to some time off, my muscle memory kicks in....

For the record didn't lose any real strength, just size

A lot of it will be water, bit of glycogen depletion, some stomach content, maybe some muscle if you didn't eat as much as usual.

It'll come back soon breh.

Y'all can laugh if you want to. But those alternating grip power cleans look boss as fukk. Bout to include those in my workout. :wow:

That movement makes zero sense

you mean it wouldn't be safe to switch from mixed grip to conventional w the bar at the top of the clean before the jerk? even w heavy ass weight? :troll:

It's actually a legit movement used by strongmen, for that shyt they do with axles. Called the continental clean.

Those crossfit housewives doing them still seems very sketchy to me though.

yeah that's what I'm thinking. I've been trying pound water like crazy....
And diet mos def took a hit, but nothing that I couldn't normally get back...
