Orange Mango Pre-Jym, :wow:

That shyt is gross:gag:

Finally finished my tub after almost vomiting the first few times I drank it

I only use pre jym on long weekend workouts since its so expensive. So it takes me a while to get through a tub.

just got in my raspbeery lemondae replacement and the fukking lid was STUCK on. Would not open for anything. I ended up using a knife to cut a hole in the top then dumped it into another jar

Lower back soreness is gone for the most part just kinda stiff. Mental block with deadlifts is back with a vengeance after that incident though. Who knows how heavy I'd be deadlifting if it wasn't for the mental block

Wide grip chinups and some high rep/moderate weight rack pulls...felt everything activated couldn't even peel an orange without struggling. :banderas:

Pose and flex in your boxers and have someone walk in brehs.....:skip:

@KOOL-AID ye I forgot to mention that I had some trouble within the last two weeks around my rotator cuff/deltoid after hitting shoulders and I tried using some kinesiology tape and it helped a lot :manny:

My wrist buckled while I was repping 225lbs.on bench...same shyt happened to the same week last week when I tried a new weight on overhead press.
These velcro wrist wraps aren't helpful anymore...is tape the best way to reinforce your wrist for lifting?
Skip the wrist wraps.
Start at lower weights that your wrists can handle. As you build up your arm strength, you won't need wrist wraps.
It might be an ego crush to go back down in weight on the bench press, just deal with it. Supplement your chest workouts with either dumbbell flyes or pec deck exercises.
