This type of shyt is why I have a mental block with deadlifts :snoop:
I'm surprised the hex bar is part of the issue.

You don't remember but I snapped by shut up doing BBs DL.

Hex bar has been smooth sailing.

When I get back to the gym, I'm gonna go to a 2 days per week fullbody routine from 3 days based on flexibility My schedule is right now with school & work. Days that I'm front squatting and deadlifting will be a big challenge.

Also gonna throw flat bench to the bushes till I can do full body 3 times a week during winter break. Based on the fact I beliebe parrell dips and incline bench are both better for my chest.

Copped an iron gym and some dumbbell bars for these 20 pound weights. I'm tired of this skinny life so it's a start. :ehh:

Might have to check out my school gym though. :ehh:
