Filmed my squat today. 3rd set of a 245 lb 5X5. I have been scared to film it in the past cause I didn't want to see how terrible and body destroying my form was

....one of those things I'd rather just not be aware of because I don't have the mobility to fix it
But surprisingly, my shyt looked pretty good

. Full parallel, no butt wink, back remained neutral. I was pretty happy about it. Of course I got cocky after that and on my fourth set I tipped up on my toes and almost spilled forward
Side note....got my knee compression sleeves and my olympic lifting shoes in the mail today. The shoes I got aren't as high-heeled as some others and truthfully didn't feel noticeably higher than my running shoes. But I did feel a much more solid base when I actually squatted, plus my film showed me hitting depth so I'm definitely happy. The knee sleeves felt great. Didn't feel anything in my knees the whole workout. I guess I will find out tomorrow if any tenderness creeps back in.
