Yesterday was a solid full body session. Everything was 6x4 except for pulls which ended up being 3 sets of 9,5,5. Ugh.
But was able to get 3 reps of flat bench at 205, 4 reps at 275 for back squats. 3 and 2 reps with an 85 db for rows. 50's for DB overhead press Tho my back feels iffy after that. Prob won't push myself to do that much on friday. RDLS I went up to 165.
And on another note I have an annoying cold that I get this time of year every year so just gonna cut cardio from this week so I have 4 off days from weight training.
What yall using for knee support on leg day? Like sleeves and stuff?

Im afraid of the gym...but I love working out at home. Im tryna build up my equipment. All i got is a jump rope and one 30 lb weight.
