Exactly. I've enlarged my appetite a bit. Way larger than it was when I was losing weight. I don't even know what my target body goal is. I don't know if I wanna bulk or if I wanna cut, all I know is that I want my arms to look like an wide receivers. Good definition and density is what I'm aiming for. Not necessarily HUGE, but somewhat bulky. Bulky enough per se....That may be whats holding u back
I am pretty much in a similar situation. Just finished a long cut, now I know how to maintain. But I am dialing up my calories ever so slightly to get just enough surplus to make gains. Gaining muscle is easy if u are OK to get fat.... but keeping fat in check and gaining muscle is pretty rough. Cutting is the worst though, at least in a gain u can still eat like a man.
