That may be whats holding u backOh, I've mastered not getting fat. Weight loss and keeping weight off is the easy part. I'm gaining muscle little by little but hands down, gaining muscle is the harder than weight loss.
I am pretty much in a similar situation. Just finished a long cut, now I know how to maintain. But I am dialing up my calories ever so slightly to get just enough surplus to make gains. Gaining muscle is easy if u are OK to get fat.... but keeping fat in check and gaining muscle is pretty rough. Cutting is the worst though, at least in a gain u can still eat like a man.
