Oh, I've mastered not getting fat. Weight loss and keeping weight off is the easy part. I'm gaining muscle little by little but hands down, gaining muscle is the harder than weight loss.
That may be whats holding u back

I am pretty much in a similar situation. Just finished a long cut, now I know how to maintain. But I am dialing up my calories ever so slightly to get just enough surplus to make gains. Gaining muscle is easy if u are OK to get fat.... but keeping fat in check and gaining muscle is pretty rough. Cutting is the worst though, at least in a gain u can still eat like a man.

Exactly. I've enlarged my appetite a bit. Way larger than it was when I was losing weight. I don't even know what my target body goal is. I don't know if I wanna bulk or if I wanna cut, all I know is that I want my arms to look like an wide receivers. Good definition and density is what I'm aiming for. Not necessarily HUGE, but somewhat bulky. Bulky enough per se....

If u want to put on mass u have to eat.... no way around it. Key is to eat just enough rather than everything in sight. I'm bulking now but I'm tracking calories and my weight just like I'm cutting, and shyt is well under control.

What are you eating? And how large are your meals? Do you take supplements?
My daily diet basically boils down to

1-2lb of leanish meat (80-160g protein, 600-1400kcal)
1 excessive protein shake (~110g protein, 440kcal)
1 nutrition shake (1 serving kale, 2 servings blackberries, 1.5 cups OJ, 40g of fiber, ~500kcal)
The rest filled with carbs (some pasta/potatoes/rice but mainly cookies, brownies, Goldfish, Cheez Its, unsalted saltines etc)

and probably like a gallon of water.... no juice or other bullshyt empty liquid carbs

No breakfast either

I take shyt out as needed for cutting.... main thing I keep is protein

You probably underestimate how much / how often to eat
