You probably right.....no it isn't you're just not eating enough....
You probably underestimate how much / how often to eat
This is awesomeMy daily diet basically boils down to
1-2lb of leanish meat (80-160g protein, 600-1400kcal)
1 excessive protein shake (~110g protein, 440kcal)
1 nutrition shake (1 serving kale, 2 servings blackberries, 1.5 cups OJ, 40g of fiber, ~500kcal)
The rest filled with carbs (some pasta/potatoes/rice but mainly cookies, brownies, Goldfish, Cheez Its, unsalted saltines etc)
and probably like a gallon of water.... no juice or other bullshyt empty liquid carbs
No breakfast either
I take shyt out as needed for cutting.... main thing I keep is protein
I wish deadlifts weren't so taxing. I'd do them daily because that Rush is straight up runners high like
Can any of you skip, I wanna do it, trying to mix up my cardio
Wnna skip like that
Could never do them daily lol
I get flu-like symptoms when I go too hard with them.
I wish I had some cable weights. Everything is free weights for me. I have two barbells and two dumbbells. And one exercise bench that I use for bench pressing.I have a home gym. Takes me about 40 minutes for an upper body session and probably 70 or so minutes for a full body. Home gyms are All I have is a cage with pulleys and free weights.
