Could you be more specific? I just wanna know bothers you about it.

Have you ever lifted up a treadmill? People have too much hair. And all that dried sweat...ughh...looked like jheri curl juice on a leather couch. Bandaids...etc.

Now do that everyday 20 times. For 2 years...I'll take my chances with a prison workout and vegetarian diet.

What yall using for knee support on leg day? Like sleeves and stuff?

I wear sleeves every other squat session, I don't need them but I just like how they feel

Up until now I've never used anything. And I wore runing shoes when I squatted and Vibrams when I deadlifted

But fukk.....my knees are tender right now. Over this last two weeks as I'm hitting all these consistent PR's they are getting worse and worse. So I'm done going raw. The weight is getting too heavy for my tiny ass old man frame

I just bought me a pair of 7mm Rehband knee sleeves that I'm going to wear every time I squat or deadlift heavy (<5 reps). I will continue to wear the Vibrams when I deadlift but I also copped me a pair of powerlifting shoes for squatting :krs:.....been wanting to cop a pair for the longest time :krs:

How accurate you think the calorie counter is on treadmills/cross trainers etc

In an hour it says I burn 705 cals doing intermittent, at the max level and then half max level.

In general they aren't super accurate, but @60 minutes, 700-800 calories sounds about right for what you are describing.
