Just looked it up :ohhh:

I been wanting to add an inward squeezing press for a while but hated doing dumbbell squeeze presses. This looks like more fun

Gonna give it a shot. I already did chest today but fukk it I'm going back to the gym before yoga starts to do these:lolbron:

Dope...To make sure you fully contract your chest, try to press your elbows inward as close as u can while u lift the bar

My wrist buckled while I was repping 225lbs.on bench...same shyt happened to the same week last week when I tried a new weight on overhead press. :mjcry:

These velcro wrist wraps aren't helpful anymore...is tape the best way to reinforce your wrist for lifting? :to:

I worked out at the hotel gym three days in a row. :takedat:
But, I think I gained weight. I ate too good at the conference. :to:

I haven't been all summer :to: but I went yesterday. I felt great afterwards, had a mad boost of endorphins. Now my thighs are killing me tho... I'm prolly gonna head over there in about an hour to get it in for the day.

I did barbell rows yesterday. It has been a long while since I did them. 115 lbs. for 10 reps was tough. :snoop:
