Personally I don't believe in good sugar vs bad.
I'm taking credit for this
Now you just need to hop on that "sugar is not bad for you in the context of a calorie controlled diet" wave and my mission here is done

I look like an Instagram model now
I would keep at least 1 day rest for a body part and hit the same body part prob no more than 3x/weekHow long should one rest after lifting weights? Like do you lift weights everyday, or do you lift weights one day, and rest the next? Does lifting everyday stunt muscle growth, do you need rest for the muscles to grow?
Oh, I've mastered not getting fat. Weight loss and keeping weight off is the easy part. I'm gaining muscle little by little but hands down, gaining muscle is the harder than weight loss.I would keep at least 1 day rest for a body part and hit the same body part prob no more than 3x/week
So you can do full body 3x/week or break it up and do 6 or even 7 days a week with different body parts
Dont forget cardio though. That will keep you from getting fat
Obvious question is how long have you been cuttingBrehs I'm having huge problems going from 205 to 200. LMK if you have any ideas, that don't include taking a lot of pre workout.
