I walked to the gym for the first time this morning. It was great. I'm going to try to do this every Sunday. It's a whole different vibe around 6 in the morning. So quiet and peaceful.

I Google'd the distance, it is a 2.8 mile walk one way. :whew:

Man I think my nose was clogged yesterday morning when I ran on the treadmill. And now my throat is bothering me. nothing serious but it's just annoying.

Brehs I'm having huge problems going from 205 to 200. LMK if you have any ideas, that don't include taking a lot of pre workout.

How long should one rest after lifting weights? Like do you lift weights everyday, or do you lift weights one day, and rest the next? Does lifting everyday stunt muscle growth, do you need rest for the muscles to grow?
I would keep at least 1 day rest for a body part and hit the same body part prob no more than 3x/week

So you can do full body 3x/week or break it up and do 6 or even 7 days a week with different body parts

Dont forget cardio though. That will keep you from getting fat

Oh, I've mastered not getting fat. Weight loss and keeping weight off is the easy part. I'm gaining muscle little by little but hands down, gaining muscle is the harder than weight loss.

Obvious question is how long have you been cutting

At some point your body just says :stop: and the scale stops moving..... u take a month off or so at maintenance, u will be able to start right back up again

I cut from February through September.... pretty much stalled by August. I was stalled at 1800kcal/day pretty much. End of September I slowly brought my calories up.... now I'm maintaining at ~2700, maybe more. I feel like I could nuke another 10-15 quickly. Going to go back into gains mode. But yea point of all that is weight doesnt fall off like nothing forever. That said if u just started dieting give it a week.
