How long should one rest after lifting weights? Like do you lift weights everyday, or do you lift weights one day, and rest the next? Does lifting everyday stunt muscle growth, do you need rest for the muscles to grow?

Depends on how you want to program:

Some people work individual body parts over the course of the week for 6-7 days. Some do full body routines 3-4 times. Some people divide into Upper Body and Lower Body session twice per week for both halves.

You do want to give muscles a chance to repair but I think that's more centered around sleep than anything else.

Im at the gym and was doing some air squats with 20 lb dumb bell and this chick walks up to me and says im doing them wrong

Is dried fruit good for you...ive never had it before but just picked up some dried strawberries. Its high in sugar but not sure if its good sugar or nad

Personally I don't believe in good sugar vs bad.

That said, I don't see the benefit of dried fruit as a diet staple. Compared to fresh fruit.

I buy fresh fruit aswell...just wanted to try dried fruit for the first...i just bought a small bag

My friend had some in her fridge....tried some last night. Was good but I'm a sparkling water fan in general so I might be biased. :whoo:
I haven't soda in years so I don't need the replacement. It's harder for me to drink water as it gets cooler so this helps.
