mine is from not re-racking my squat right. i fukked up and only had on side of the bar on and the other side was weighing my arm down and i almost myself. so all the weight was sitting on my bicepI'm having issues in that same spot. Its just tight though
Did 250 push-ups in 30 minutes yesterday morning just because.
Abs tris and chest hella sore today :cbfudup: and to some extent my lats

Tuesday: 20x10 DB rows
Wednesday: 2 boxes of Cheez Its
Thursday: 30x5 bench/squats (supersets)
