when you been up since 10 am and gotta be up again at 8 but still find motivation to come to the gym for a late night session. Was bumping that Pandora on the way and "photograph" was playing. Song got me extra motivated and moved. :banderas:

I'm having issues in that same spot. Its just tight though
mine is from not re-racking my squat right. i fukked up and only had on side of the bar on and the other side was weighing my arm down and i almost :dead: myself. so all the weight was sitting on my bicep

on my way to the gym this morning at 4:50 am i spotted bout 15-20 people walking and jogging in a nearby park close to the crib.

got to the gym at 4:55 and bout 4 dudes were already there waiting for the staff to open up.

did my thing for a lil over 90 minutes(one hour cardio) and 30-60 seconds between sets of lifting and ab work then drove back by the same park and it was jammed packed with people working out. great feeling to see that!

making progress one day at a time.

Taking a month off from weights is making switching to this full body routine tough but it will be worth it.

2 questions
is it me or does my back get more sore in general from RDLS then regular deads Tho I haven't really jumped back to heavy weights with deads yet.
Also next week I'm focusing on more strength. Normally I do 3 x 10 for everything except deads which I do 4 x 6. Would 5 x 5 or 6 x 4 be a better option for me for next week?

Abs tris and chest hella sore today :cbfudup: and to some extent my lats

I wish u would keep a log.

Tuesday: 20x10 DB rows

Wednesday: 2 boxes of Cheez Its

Thursday: 30x5 bench/squats (supersets)

Ripped the seam on my uniform khakis around the ass area. Hiding in the office....fortunately I got a doctor's appointment and will leave early today. :mjlol:
