I believe that's a vein there. Or maybe a nerve. May be a pinched nerve. Not sure much on medical advice like someone else might be.can anyone describe what may be wrong with a pain im having. i hurt where my forearm and bicep meet and its a throbbing pain. its fine when the arm is straight but when i make a muscle the shyt hurts and i cant stabilize shyt. someone help![]()

edit: thats one rep max. I mentioned 5x5 but im not 5 repping that weight. I meant 5x5 is still working well boosting my 1 rep
