How much water are you drinking breh?Lately I've been getting piercing headaches during my workouts. Probably for about the last 10 days. Any of your ever have this experience? I've cut out drinking completely, cut back on caffeine in the morning, but they still persist. Going to the doctor in about a week, but I'm wondering if this is something common to people who work out.
