4? How many cals are you trying to get in with that?I done drank this ON 100% whey, 4 times (2x in the morning, 2x post workout) and I feel like shyt after drinking it and feel like I'm bout to vomit. I might be allergic or something, it always leaves a lump in my throat (II)

I hear you man, trying to add size in a fairly smart way can beI didn't clarify, so far I've only done morning and post workout, (2) yesterday and (2) today, it's 120 calories per serving. I'll just adjust my diet accordingly cuz this is hell
I actually stopped doing PHAT but its not indicative of there being any issues with it...you should try it if you deadlift and squat.breh im trying, but im doing a cleaner bulk than last year. Ive gained about 3-4 lbs in the last month (up to 186 from 182 in the morning)

My work outs were so intense, cardio would've been redundant. Dropped from 212 to 182.
