I done drank this ON 100% whey, 4 times (2x in the morning, 2x post workout) and I feel like shyt after drinking it and feel like I'm bout to vomit. I might be allergic or something, it always leaves a lump in my throat (II)

Might have to send it off to my breh @chefmate7days and bulk without it:francis:

4? How many cals are you trying to get in with that?

I didn't clarify, so far I've only done morning and post workout, (2) yesterday and (2) today, it's 120 calories per serving. I'll just adjust my diet accordingly cuz this is hell

breh im trying, but im doing a cleaner bulk than last year. Ive gained about 3-4 lbs in the last month (up to 186 from 182 in the morning)

whats that thing you were doing PHAT, is it good for muscle building?
I actually stopped doing PHAT but its not indicative of there being any issues with it...you should try it if you deadlift and squat.

I'm still cutting :sadcam: I've been losing weight sooo slowly...like 1-2 pounds a month..I like food :sadcam:

I'm trying to get to 180 and I'm still above 2 hunna at 205 :martin:

Its so fukked up because my body is trolling me because I can see my solid and "shredded" fukking core under this last pudgy layer of fat...I mean its like its there but its not man :totheeastside:

My work outs were so intense, cardio would've been redundant. Dropped from 212 to 182.

I have to see a cardiologist...I was in the ER the Saturday before this past one due to what they claimed is dehydration (I did go through 6 IV bags) so I'm not doing intervals for cardio...I'm relying on starving dieting and lifting to drop weight.

To be honest, my diet could be MUCH better too so its not like I'm doing the best I can to get the results I want.

EDIT: My bad I misinterpreted your post, I am doing hypertrophy on the lifting and its the shyt.

can anyone describe what may be wrong with a pain im having. i hurt where my forearm and bicep meet and its a throbbing pain. its fine when the arm is straight but when i make a muscle the shyt hurts and i cant stabilize shyt. someone help :sadcam:
