I'm addicted to deadlifts now :wow:
I did them again yesterday.....twice in one week is a record for me since I rarely do them

I have begun to realize that 4 plates is a very reachable goal for me which is gonna be euphoria when it finally happens:mjcry:

Im half considering even doing them for reps:jbhmm:...cant see myself going higher than 5 though. fukk that:scusthov:

I've been on rack pull the last few weeks...I can go pretty heavy in them and only feel it in my back and forearms. I can also recover enough to hit that 2x a week. Deadlifts I always feel my whole body drained...but when I hit them I always have the urge to go like 85% my 1RM. :mjcry:

My co-worker is going to see CT Fletcher who will be in town tomorrow...he wants me to tag along.....:jbhmm:

Well, I did some leg press. It's been awhile since I've worked on legs. I found that by stretching my IT Band, my knee pain problems were going away. I've been stretching it a lot on a foam roller this week.

Its hard to recover from them since you're killing so many birds with one stone. Especially considering I do 10x6 with 405 twice a week (mistake). I think I'm finna create a rotation for my lower body workouts instead of doing hex bar deads on every lower body day.

So I hit a plateau with my incline db press for the last two weeks... so today I tried 10x3 using 80 pct of my 1RM... wasn't as hard as I thought, def gotta up the weight next time. The pump after the workout tho was A1.

Ever since I've read about them on here, I've loved them. They are great for all around workouts. Currently doing the strong lifts routine. On there it's per rep. I liked better the resistance one where you hold the bar. I hold it for like 10 seconds for like 3 or 4 reps. Routine has me doing dead lifts every other work out. Luckily I started real low so I can work my way up. I think I did 105 last workout. Yeah I know that's nothing really. I only weigh barely 180 so I'm not trained to go too hard, atleast not yet. The one that's gonna kill me is the overhead press. Gonna have to switch to the machine on that one soon. I have to improve my bar control or just keep the weight low until then.

Seeing quite a few people rocking BroScienceLife shirts in the gym recently. :leon:

I wanna get the "Pull Sumo Eat Butt" one but I might get kicked out the gym if I wear it. :whoa:

My mom really wants me to get off of whey protein. She is like you know I make and give you enough natural foods for protein that eating that on top of all that makes no sense. She never paid for it so I guess this will could be a good test.

If I do stop taking that what should I consume right after my workout. Def will need to make Greek yogurt & cottage chesse a main part of my diet.

Maybe some post-workout if you got it, but there is no magical food or drink that you MUST take right after working out. :yeshrug:
