Are you eating enough calories? I used to get the same type of headaches when I first started working out. I believe it was because I wasn't eating enough after my workouts. I wasn't very informed about working out and calorie intake so I would just eat one meal and go on with my day. Later on, a headache would creep up and I was basically out for the day.

What I do now is eat immediately after a workout then again 2 or 3 hours after. I haven't had a headache related to working out since. Everyone is different so you should definitely see a doctor though. Hope this helps.

Yep me too...as soon as I get home I eat then eat again about 4 hrs later

ugh, i need to stop taking naps after work and eat as soon as i get home. I keep fukking up my macros by napping and getting up late then my afternoon meal is too close to my dinner. im pretty full right now but i still have dinner and protein shake to get down. i dont think it'll fit yall:mjcry:. I might take this L and stay awake tomorrow. but i finally hit the gym yesterday after being out for a month, im sure in time my appetite will pick up like before.

I need to investigate something but i think stretching before a workout helps me get sore like im suppose to. so when i started lifting I would stretch my legs, work them, and get really sore afterward. normal. But then i started rushing to the gym and not stretching. i did the same workout but i didnt get sore. i thought i needed to push myself more, i did and still didnt get sore. for a whole month of progressive weight i never got sore and saw no progress in weight. then last month, one of my last workouts before i fell off i stretched my legs and glutes out. worked them and was super sore for 2 days. a week later my butt put on an inch:blessed: and it wasnt fat either. so yesterday i stretched and worked out lightly, just getting it the grove again and today im sore. so im going to be more faithful to stretching (which i should have been doing anyways) and see if i get results.

That killed me this weekend. Ate too much junk, and had pizza everyday. Friday we had a floater since my regular pharmacist asked for the day and he ordered us a box for helping him get thru the shift in one piece. Then Saturday I hung out with my boy and he ordered a box and later made crab cakes from scratch. Then yesterday I went to my other boys house and he had wings, nachos and later when his girl got home they ordered pizzas. I ate like half a slice cuz I was tapped out by then. At the gym now trying to recover from the last few days.

Yah, long as you consistent and keep oneself maintained, it can't do much damage. Just can't do it constantly. One pizza leads to more and more bad eating. Gotta burn off those unwanted calories.

Lately I've been getting piercing headaches during my workouts. Probably for about the last 10 days. Any of your ever have this experience? I've cut out drinking completely, cut back on caffeine in the morning, but they still persist. Going to the doctor in about a week, but I'm wondering if this is something common to people who work out.
It's probably caffeine withdrawals, I use to get headaches like that when I wouldn't drink coffee the whole day, they eventually went away but it took a while
