ugh, i need to stop taking naps after work and eat as soon as i get home. I keep fukking up my macros by napping and getting up late then my afternoon meal is too close to my dinner. im pretty full right now but i still have dinner and protein shake to get down. i dont think it'll fit yall
. I might take this L and stay awake tomorrow. but i finally hit the gym yesterday after being out for a month, im sure in time my appetite will pick up like before.
I need to investigate something but i think stretching before a workout helps me get sore like im suppose to. so when i started lifting I would stretch my legs, work them, and get really sore afterward. normal. But then i started rushing to the gym and not stretching. i did the same workout but i didnt get sore. i thought i needed to push myself more, i did and still didnt get sore. for a whole month of progressive weight i never got sore and saw no progress in weight. then last month, one of my last workouts before i fell off i stretched my legs and glutes out. worked them and was super sore for 2 days. a week later my butt put on an inch
and it wasnt fat either. so yesterday i stretched and worked out lightly, just getting it the grove again and today im sore. so im going to be more faithful to stretching (which i should have been doing anyways) and see if i get results.
