Yesterday a chick complemented me on my squats, but she was Asian, so I know she was talking shyt. 
ive really begun to enjoy running outdoors as of late....i only started doing itl ast year as an addendum...run outside in the morn; then on the treadmill in the evening when im at the gym..in the past couple of months my knees have been aching like a mufukka and ive been gritting it out during my runs..but i was like something is not right..plus running on the treadmill for the first time in like 13 years had become a little monotonous to me..so i was like let me switch to outdoors running strictly for a while...ive had no knee pains or sores since 
..been doing since i came off vacation labor day weekend...feels great...its a shame i didnt start this earlier in the year...cold weather is going to be coming in soon...gotta visit some sites for the appropriate running wear if i want to try doing this when it gets colder

Yo can somebody explain to me the abs and genetics thought. That you having abs that are flat and visible is a genetic thing. Any truth to this?

But does it have any correlation with being able to lose belly fat?
No. There are pros and cons to both as far as appearance goes tho. Protruding abs with some fat on them can quickly start to look like a gut. Flat abs take more fat loss to become visible
