Whats your sodium intake looking like? If you are going low sodium that could be the cause.

I try to avoid salt whenever possible, but I probably get a good amount over the course of the day. Will pay closer attention to it this week.

Lately I've been getting piercing headaches during my workouts. Probably for about the last 10 days. Any of your ever have this experience? I've cut out drinking completely, cut back on caffeine in the morning, but they still persist. Going to the doctor in about a week, but I'm wondering if this is something common to people who work out.

Are you eating enough calories? I used to get the same type of headaches when I first started working out. I believe it was because I wasn't eating enough after my workouts. I wasn't very informed about working out and calorie intake so I would just eat one meal and go on with my day. Later on, a headache would creep up and I was basically out for the day.

What I do now is eat immediately after a workout then again 2 or 3 hours after. I haven't had a headache related to working out since. Everyone is different so you should definitely see a doctor though. Hope this helps.

Finally seeing results of the last five serious and dedicated months of calisthenics and the treadmill got me feeling myself like Vegeta.

I was in decent shape in January of last year but I quickly fell off the wagon and let myself go for over a year. After getting that wake up call from my doctor who was really nice about letting me know that I was fat as f u c k, I have been very serious about losing weight and maintaining the progress. Can't be out here with knee and back problems because I can't control myself from eating too damn much and not exercising because of laziness.

Between IF (20 hours a day), 6 days a week of exercise (~15 miles per week plus cali) and drinking only water for the past 4 months (thanks @krackdagawd ), I'm back to my high school size. I was too hype to throw on my old pair of Girbaud's from HS that are size 32 and fit them. Actually did clothes shopping for the first time in 5 years. I almost can't believe that I'm back to this form and that I might actually be smaller than 32.

Gutted my closet as nothing fit in the first place since everything was baggy as f u c k. At my fattest, I was fitting size 36 jeans which was the first wake up call that I have been ignoring for a long time. Now that I have new clothes and nothing to fall back on, I'm going to make sure that I don't return if it's within my power.

Thanks to all the continuous contributors of this thread.
