Alcohol does not mix with working out at all. You can lose 7lbs have 2 beers and gain back 4lbs shyts crazy.

I'm a breh doing the SL5x5. Started at a low weight to get my form right and just built from there.I'm thinking of doing the 5x5s. Would you guys recommend starting low just to get used to it? Thinking of starting with 65 and going from there. I've done all the exercises mostly but not trying to go too hard at first.
