Decided to do a few extra sets of squats while I was waiting for the trap bar to do deadlifts.

Such a mistake. I am barely walk right now, and I still have two exercises left. :noah:

Asked my homeboy to spot me for squats. I showed him how to properly do it.

Reminds me of when I first got serious about lifting and my gym partners still wanted to do all that fufu shyt like skull crushers and curls the whole time. We'd get to the gym and Go out separate ways immediately :heh:

I'm thinking of doing the 5x5s. Would you guys recommend starting low just to get used to it? Thinking of starting with 65 and going from there. I've done all the exercises mostly but not trying to go too hard at first.

I wonder how hard it would be to steal from a gym. Apparently the one I go to doesn't have the weight I need or it got lost and I'm not trying to go to the other location that's further. Unnecessary setback.

I'm a :flabbynsick: breh doing the SL5x5. Started at a low weight to get my form right and just built from there.

I remember those first days when chicks half my weight were squatting double what I had on my bar :mjcry:

When I finally got to squatting (below parallel) a single and deadlifting two plates with proper form and no pain :flabbynblessed::flabbynblessed:
