Be careful with cleans man. You really gotta the technique down or you can really fuk yourself up. Similar to deads.So I got my squat up to 255 at 4 reps
My deads at 315 at 2 reps
But my cleans at fukking 0.
Had this instructor dude at the gym watch my form for me and tell me what I was doing wrong with 115, and it turned out to be every fukking thing.
Now I got to start at the base 75 pounds just so I could get the form right and not fukk up anything meanwhile there's this crossfit bytch next to me killing it with 185.
I tried it for a bit, just realized it wasn't worth the time & effort so I just dropped it. Just be smart about it.
