There's a chick in the gym right now with quite possibly the most amazing fit body I have ever seen. Just the perfect combination of lean and muscle tone while still being curvy and feminine. :ohlawd:

Been up since 2 am and just got home from work. Ate some oatmeal and drinking a cup of coffee.
My mind is ready but my body wants a nap!

So I got my squat up to 255 at 4 reps
My deads at 315 at 2 reps
But my cleans at fukking 0.
Had this instructor dude at the gym watch my form for me and tell me what I was doing wrong with 115, and it turned out to be every fukking thing. :beli:
Now I got to start at the base 75 pounds just so I could get the form right and not fukk up anything meanwhile there's this crossfit bytch next to me killing it with 185.:why:

Heading to the Chi next week so gonna do 6 days in the gym leading up to the trip since I won't go during it. Bout to go ham on the food there already got my itinerary :wow:.

After that Goal is 30lbs to lose by Jan.

Decided to do the stairmaster for cardio for 45 and man that was hell. Not holding on the railings was really tough. Plus I was a lil scared to look up. I proably just need to get used to it.

The clean has multiple movements so it's not simple as the squat.
I see a lot of poorly performed cleans at my gym. I'm not an instructor or trainer so I'm like whatever.

Worked out yesterday on legs.
Something is wrong with my knees. I did leg press instead of squats but I was working with low weights most of the time. Then, I walked on a treadmill for a mile but at the steepest incline. 15%. That was difficult.

I have this issue where I dont like to fail, or not be able to do or complete something. Especially over and over again.

It gives me problems in the gym, its hard for me to lift to failure or even close to it. It really sucks because if im not thinking about it the whole time I'll stop before I get to the actual important pumps. Anyone deal with anything similar
