Man I took some whey protein shake last week for 3 days. That shyt had me on the toilet shytting after every damn meal. Stopped drinking it and just stuck with food for protein and my excessive shytting stopped. Might have to do away with this.

Aint had a protein shake in years for this reason and then realised I get more than enough from food.

Went to the gym yesterday
Ran 3 miles at 6 MPH for a 10 minute/mile pace. I'm flabby and sick right now as that was a pretty demanding run for me.
Hardly anyone was in the gym, or less than usual. I guess all the college kids are gone.

I had a pumpkin spice latte earlier and I didn't realize it had 55 grams of sugar in it. :damn:

shyt fukked up my macros for the day, and the sugar crash got me :dead: right now.

I could just eat my oatmeal for every damn meal.

1/2 c steel cut oats
almond milk
1 tblsp chia seeds
1 tsp creatine
1 tsp bcaas
whatever fruit I have at the moment


And my secret ingredient.......1 scoop truetein cinnabun flavored protein
