I found if I keep my DLs within like 20-30 lbs of my squat I am usually safe. But wheres the fun in thatThrew the belt on today after I warmed up to 275lbs. w/o out...315 and 335 reps easy. IDK why, but my lower back gets fatigued after a certain while...maybe I go too hard on back day.
I don't go over 375 on deadlifts right now to save my back from being taxed (no chalk allowed)...gonna try to get a new PR on squats by Christmas.
