Got on the scale yesterday and finally hit 260

Them 2 hour workouts and 6 meals a day aint no joke.

Gonna add goblet squats to my leg & arm workout tonight..no kettle bells but we use the ivanko plates that have the holes in them so I'll just interlock my fingers through the 25lb plate.

I feel my body nudging me to deload. It's week 7 of advanced gvt, almost done

Reverse dieting is not that bad. Extra 100-150kcal a day actually makes a huge fukking difference coming off of almost dangerous lows. But weight is still somewhat under control.

Joined a gym a couple of months ago.

Just did my free session with the fitness instructor

15 minutes later of plank variations, military presses , leg raises, and ab crunches

Doing cardio high may be one of my favorite things to do now.

It makes it so you can just zone out and get in a groove...youre not even worried about being tired.
