This past week I've realized that I joined the "he's huge/he must workout" group

I'm still big in the stomach but my traps and shoulders are big now

last week I bought shirts in a smaller size so they are not baggy and the complimants and side comments kept on coming:myman:. Feels weird though since my whole life I grew up as a fat weak nikka

this fall/winter i'm going to be on some other shyt, especially since i'm getting that promo and I can afford more equipment

I'll share pics when this fat is nearly gone(low carbing for a month or 2:noah:)

Are you able to run up the hills? If I can get there I wouldn't even care how long it took me to finish.

Definitely, I won't act like I'm sprinting up them but I keep a good pace. I was sprinting hills for my other workouts but that was over the course of doing different exercises and not during a run.

Try to get a little distance running up and build from there. No shame in that at all.
